The Right Rev. Monsignor, Terence Belcher, O.S.A, MDiv, B.C.P.P. is Pastor of Saint Philip Church and Vicar General of the ALCC Diocese of Florida. Msgr. Belcher is a member of the religious community The Order of Saint Ambrose. Moreover, Msgr Belcher is a Board Certified Pastoral Psychologist, and Chaplain. Msgr Belcher is the Director of the Office for Divine Worship, and the Discipline of the Sacraments Office of the Metropolitan Archbishop.
